Once production has begun, changes may not be possible.  If you need to request a change, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.

How long will my order take?

Production times vary as each piece is handmade.  Estimated production times are approximately 14 days.  Delivery times are addition to production time.  Please feel free to email info@mattimops.com (info@mattimops.com)for confirmation for specific order production and delivery times.

Can I cancel or return my order?

As many of our pieces are made to order or commissioned specifically for you, these items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, unless items is faulty or not as described.

Yes. Most MattiMops pieces are handmade and produced to order.  This means production begins after your order is placed and timelines may vary depending on demand.
