SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at mattimops.com. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 14 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Mattimops.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

BESPOKE & COMMISSIONED WORK

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase.  Many items sold by MattiMops are made to order or commissioned specifically for you.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, bespoke or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once production has begun, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged, or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. 

Please Note: If your item arrives damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Return items must be unused and in original condition.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of damage not caused during transit.

 

To return an item, please email customer service at info@mattimops.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, please allow at least thirty (14) days from the receipt of your item to processed. ​
